Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction (PayPal), unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, or for the provision of a digital service, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to Section 356(4) and (5) BGB if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

  1. expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
  2. confirmed your awareness that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

You give this consent and acknowledgement during the ordering process by activating the corresponding checkbox. Performance begins immediately upon receipt of payment, with the reservation of the plot and the preparation of your Building for publication; for advertising boards, with the activation of your advertising board in the city.
